Not satisfied with a product?
If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Flexo for any reason, all regular stocked items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment.
Special order items are non-returnable.
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment by calling 1-800-263-2540. Special order rules apply.
Damaged, lost, or items received in error must be reported to Flexo immediately upon receipt. Damage claims should be accompanied by a Bill-of-Lading / Tracking Number and photos of the product in question.
If the Flexo team has made an error, we will provide instructions, and the customer will not be due additional charges.
Returns of saleable stock in original packaging may be approved for authorization after contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-263-2540. A Return Authorization number will be provided, and this must be referenced on all return shipments. Flexo reserves the right to refuse of any shipment lacking this reference.
All return freight is at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt all items will be inspected for damage or misuse before any credits issued, Flexo reserves the right to refuse returns of unsaleable stock.
Flexo shall not be liable for any damage, cost or loss of profit of Buyer or any delay or failure in delivery or for any failure to perform caused by a force beyond its control, including, but not limited to, an act of God, action or failure to act of any government or governmental board, commission, department, bureau or authority, confiscation, war, blockade, insurrection, invasion, quarantine restrictions, riot, sabotage, acts of the public enemy, flood, fire, explosion, epidemic, landslide, lightning, earthquake, storm, accident, strike, lockout, work slowdown, work stoppage, differences with workers, embargo, power failure or shortage and any delay or failure of supplies, equipment, labour or transportation.
